Michael J. Zaccagnino is the Founder and President of Lucania. He has nearly 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor, strategist, and change implementation specialist, and proven expertise in strategy development, financial planning, and strategic partnering for providers, non-profits, and start-ups. Mike enjoys helping leaders develop and execute growth and market expansion strategies, with particular emphasis on improving the health and well-being of the communities that they serve. He serves as the lead board director of Fund Love. Recently, he advised the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer, EVP and COO, Chief of Staff to the EVP/COO, and President of a $5B academic health system on a variety of matters, ranging from acquisition and integration planning, to clinical service line development.
